Proposed Solution
To fix the fragmented and repetitive invoice experience, the team aligned on a simple goal: make invoice upload automatic, trustworthy, and effortless — without relying on engineering. The redesigned flow introduces a dedicated Invoice & Pricing section where users can upload all their invoices in one place, in bulk. Once uploaded, CloudNuro uses OCR intelligence to read each document, identify the correct application, extract essential contract details, and even auto-onboard missing applications. This removes the need for users to manually onboard apps before uploading invoices. Security and trust were treated as first-class requirements. Users can clearly see what data is being extracted, how it is used, and can choose to auto-delete the invoice files after processing. This transparency reduces hesitation and increases adoption. With these changes, invoice processing becomes completely automated: 1. invoices are mapped correctly 2. Apps are onboarded automatically 3. Analytics refresh within 1–1.5 hours instead of a week 4. Renewals are tracked and surfaced proactively The solution transforms a previously hidden, manual workflow into a secure, self-served, fully automated experience that scales with the customer’s SaaS environment and eliminates engineering dependency.
